RESOLUCION No.CPCCS-PLE-SG-069-2021-476<\/a><\/p>\n

Art. 12.- Para los Gobiernos Aut\u00f3nomos Descentralizados-GAD: <\/strong>Los Gobiernos Aut\u00f3nomos Descentralizados de los niveles provincial, cantonal y parroquial; y, las personas jur\u00eddicas\u00a0 creadas por acto normativo de los mismos para el cumplimiento de sus funciones, deber\u00e1n implementar el proceso de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas de acuerdo a las siguientes fases, en complemento con lo establecido en las gu\u00edas especializadas existentes para el efecto, y de acuerdo al siguiente cronograma:<\/em><\/p>\n
