FIESTAS DE PARROQUIALIZACI\u00d3N
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Sus fiestas patronales son el 29 de septiembre de cada a\u00f1o, esta fiesta la realizan en honor a su patrono San Miguel de Chugchil\u00e1n, toda la poblaci\u00f3n se alista para estas festividades, se inicia con la elecci\u00f3n de la Reina de la Parroquia con la compania de la Banda Municipal del Cant\u00f3n Sigchos, en el fin de semana se desarroll\u00f3 una feria tur\u00edstica y productiva donde destacamos a los emprendedores y productores de la parroquia, del cant\u00f3n y de la provincia, a la par algunas competencias deportivas m\u00e1s tarde nos deleitamos con la presentaci\u00f3n de artistas en la noche y cerramos con la Sesi\u00f3n Solemne el d\u00eda domingo.<\/p>\n

Fiestas de Corpus Cristi de la Parroquia<\/i><\/p>\n

La yumbada es una comparsa que se presenta en la noche buena, consiste en un baile cuya m\u00fasica lo pone una flauta, bombo y tambor, para esto hay una comparsa conformada por 30 hombres,<\/p>\n

15 de ellos disfrazados de mujer, adem\u00e1s participan otros disfrazados de animales.<\/p>\n

Los d\u00edas de feria son los d\u00edas s\u00e1bados y domingos, teniendo mayor afluencia de visitantes el d\u00eda domingo. Gente que viene de varias Provincias de la Sierra Centro con la finalidad de adquirir granos secos para la transformaci\u00f3n de harinas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
